KC spent years as a business professional, working as a project manager, producer, and product manager for Fortune 500 companies. After the birth of her second child, she realized she would rather play with her small kids while they still want to play with her and was blessed enough to get to be a stay-at-home-mom.
While reading to her toddlers and trying to instill in them life lessons that would help them in the future, she realized she needed a way to make complex concepts more accessible to them. And one night, when her son couldn’t get to sleep, she invented Red Bunny and Blue Bunny to explain ideas to him in ways that were easier to understand. She knew she had a hit (at least with her kids!) when her son insisted on going into a forest to search for the two bunnies.
KC is the wife to the kindest man she’s ever met and the mother of two preschoolers she spent her entire life waiting for. She’s an avid reader and loves using books to help her children learn.
